What you will be doing:

• The IT Business Analyst (IT BA) plays a crucial role in facilitating collaboration between the business and the agile change organization.
• The IT BA identifies and gathers both functional and non- functional business, architecture and IT requirements and translates them in feature designs describing the to-be realized features in close co-operation with the stakeholders.
• Additionally, the IT BA supports decision-making on various management levels by presenting alternatives and substantiating them in a functional roadmap to clarify mutual dependencies.

Your impact:

• The primary objective is to perform requirements engineering, translating the (business, architecture and IT) requirements into comprehensive functional feature designs as input for the IT-delivery organization. Requirements are elicited and modelled by making use of standard modelling techniques.
• You define together with primary stakeholders the functional interdependencies between features of an epic, resulting in a functional dependency roadmap.
• You serves and verify the IT-delivery during feature refinement, build, test and deployment.
