To manage and follow up on all hub-related communications, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations teams. The role focuses on problem-solving, SLA compliance, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.

Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or stock management.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and goods receiving.
Experience in managing the asset lifecycle, including tagging, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems.
Experience in coordinating with telecom service providers for SIM card management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with internal portals or asset management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT-related requests efficiently.
Knowledge of logistics and shipment handling is an advantage.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for all IT-related requirements.
• Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of maintenance shipments to and from hubs.
• Oversee the distribution of new IT equipment across hubs.
• Maintain accurate asset tagging and ensure proper documentation in internal systems (sheets and portals).
• Monitor asset inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and tracking asset locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, including handling contracts and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Collaborate with the finance team to address budget-related matters and support resolution processes.
• Handle business and data line provisioning processes for employees and hubs.
