IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator

The IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator supports global procurement activities of IT hardware, software, and services while ensuring cost optimization, compliance, and vendor relationships. This role also supports IT Asset Management (ITAM) with a strong focus on software lifecycle management, including renewals, negotiations, and user management. 

What you'll get to do: 

Global Procurement & Vendor Management

• Supporting contract administration, renewals, and pricing updates. 
• Evaluate, source, and procure IT equipment, software, and services. 
• Responsible for managing low‑risk vendor contracts and supporting negotiations in accordance with company policies. 
• Execute and support procurement activities across multiple regions, following established processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards. 
• Support RFx activities by obtaining, reviewing, and organizing competitive bids, quotes, and proposals; assist with evaluations and review findings with internal stakeholders. 
• Monitor, track, and coordinate global IT procurement orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with approved requests. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, clarify IT needs, and support timely and compliant purchasing decisions. 
• Manage procurement‑related tickets and requests through Jira, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely follow‑up. 

IT Asset Management 

• Assist in implementing ITAM policies, standards, and best practices. 
• Support audits and reporting for IT assets and software compliance. 
• Contribute to cost optimization by identifying unused or underutilized licenses through software user management. 
• Aid in the receiving, validating and reporting of physical IT Assets as needed 

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years experience  
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, IT Asset Management or a related field 

Preferred Skills

• Negotiation and relationship management 
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM practices. 
• Experience with global procurement processes. 
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
• Experience working in the APAC & EMEA regions

The hourly range for this role is $39/hr. - $45/hr.
