IT Application Manager

Overview

We are seeking for a dynamic IT Manager to lead a team of professionals in executing the transformation initiatives within our GMP manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will oversee and drive implementation of key application solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Warehouse Management System, and Workflow & Document Management Systems, while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage transformation projects related to the implementation of DMS and development of corporate workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversee the effective utilization of Dynamics 365 ERP systems, specifically D365 & Power Platforms, to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, particularly those who may not have a technical background. Influence and drive change through effective communication and tailored engagement strategies.
• Be the project manager and plan project plans, timelines, and budgets for transformation initiatives. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Support training programs to support staff in adapting to new systems and processes. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure user competency and confidence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization. Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability to enhance overall business performance.
• Mentor and lead a team of 10 in Hong Kong and China to delivery day-to-day support maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Work in two office sites (Tsim Sha Tsui and Tai Po offices) and some traveling may be required.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.

• 8+ years in IT management, focusing on application management and transformation projects with consultancy mindset.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Power Platform systems; in-house and solution integration.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) and WMS migration projects.
• Experience within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments is highly advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker, adaptable, and resilient; passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes.
• Positive and Open-minded, passionate about growth, and enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge with others.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
