IT Analyst

Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable IT Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of IT to implement and support the organisation's IT strategy, ensuring seamless integration of technology with business objectives. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, from managing on-prem and cloud infrastructure to contributing to web management and providing technical support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the Head of IT to develop and execute IT strategies that align with the organisation’s goals.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organisation.

· Administer and manage the Office 365 suite, including configuration, maintenance, and user support.

· Oversee Intune management, ensuring proper device management, security compliance, and updates.

· Manage the organisation's websites, with a particular focus on WordPress, ensuring regular updates, functionality, and security.

· Monitor and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software to minimise downtime and optimise performance.

· Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve organisational efficiency and security.

· Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.

· Assist in managing IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

· Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures to uphold data security and compliance.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3–5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst or equivalent role.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+, ITIL, WordPress certifications) are a plus.

· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.

· Proficiency in Intune management for device security and compliance.

· Strong understanding of web management, particularly with WordPress.

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, software management and cybersecurity principles

· Experience with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
