Administer and manage M365 environments
Administer SAP and MES systems
Provide support for Microsoft client/server systems
Maintain and administer the company’s IT infrastructure
Ensure system availability, performance, data backup, and security
Install, configure, and monitor hardware and applications, including proactive troubleshooting
Document system concepts, configurations, and processes in detail
Perform error analysis and resolve technical issues
Experience in administering M365 environments
Experience with SAP (administrative tasks)
Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows Client administration
Experience with server virtualization and data backup solutions
Solid knowledge of networks and firewalls
Familiarity with Linux server administration
Fluent in English and German
