Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and security while providing technical support and compliance audits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security and address any vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data.
• Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure regular backups of critical data and systems.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support.
• Knowledge about MS products.
• Patch management and asset management.
• Basic knowledge of AD Server and Firewall.
• Understanding of AD server Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Hyper-V server understanding (Hyper-V VM creation, live VM migration).
Qualification: Bachelor Of Commerce (Diploma/Certification) Or Bachelor of Science (Information Technology )
