As an IT Administration & Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to team members, both on-site and remotely, across various channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices

  • Configure and set up new team members’ laptops and accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding process with the necessary guidance and support

  • Maintain and upgrade IT systems, including managing user accounts, access permissions, and software installations/updates/configurations

  • Administer mail accounts, aliases, and group emails

  • Accurately record and update company hardware and devices using the asset management tool

  • Perform hardware repairs and replacements when required

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures

  • Ensure system security and compliance with organisational policies and industry standards

  • Regularly check and maintain antivirus and email protection systems

  • Participate in the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of new technologies and IT projects

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous improvement and seamless IT operations

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • 4-5 years of proven professional experience in IT support

  • Working knowledge of:

    • Windows OS and Mac/Linux

    • Networking: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory

    • Hardware: Laptops, printers, copiers, and projectors

    • Enterprise Applications: Microsoft 365 & Azure environments

    • Desktop Management: Application deployment and updates

    • Scalefusion MDM or a similar too

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus

  • Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001 information security standards is a plus

  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM and Project Management Tools (e.g., Redmine) is a plus
