As an IT Administrator at realworld one, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure in the Bangalore office. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure of the Bangalore office, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Deliver first-level technical support for all employees and our customers, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
Administer user accounts, access rights, and security permissions in line with company policies and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and manage stock levels of equipment and peripherals on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of all IT-related equipment and office infrastructure, including vendor liaison and logistics oversight.
Configure and maintain network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls to support a reliable and secure enterprise environment.
Prepare, test, and package hardware for customer shipments, ensuring readiness and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations within a professional environment.
Deep understanding of Microsoft-based enterprise environments, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Experience in managing user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols (e.g., MFA, endpoint encryption).
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and reliability in documentation and asset tracking.
