Your day a Kahoot!

As our IT Administrator, you’ll be the go-to hero for everything tech across the K!rew. From keeping our internal tools and services running smoothly to delivering stellar IT support, you’ll help make sure every employee can do their best work, whether they’re in Oslo, Europe, the US, or across the APAC region.

Your responsibilities:

• Support, administer, and audit systems and services (Google Workplace, Atlassian/Jira, Office365, VPN access, Software licenses, etc.)
• Audio/Video conferencing solutions for meeting rooms
• First line of support for employees' queries
• Be responsible for internal hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Own relationships with local technical suppliers and service providers.
• Help introduce new tech, tools, and security policies
• Guide the staff through onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

• Relevant IT/Technical education
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems
• A strong customer-oriented attitude: friendly, patient, and forward leaning
• A natural can-do approach to everything
• Confidence in showing how things get done: you are the expert!
