The IT Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure, cloud services, security systems, and digital tools. Responsibilities

Cloud & SaaS Administration

  • Manage and administer Google Workspace (Gsuite)
  • Maintain and configure hosting services via MKhost
  • Oversee company email subscriptions and licensing
  • Administer GitHub, Pipedrive, PayPal, Atlassian, Slack, AWS, OVH Cloud, JetBrains, and Udemy platforms
  • Manage domain and DNS configurations via GoDaddy,AWS(Route53)

Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Configure and maintain VMware virtualization environments
  • Administer Mikrotik routers, Cisco switches, and Ubiquiti (UniFi) controllers/devices
  • Manage Endpoint Management platforms and ensure device compliance
  • Oversee Bitdefender security management for all endpoints

Security Operations

  • Manage BitLocker, FileVault, and LUKS encryption setups
  • Monitor and maintain video surveillance systems
  • Manage alarm systems and access control systems
  • Handle KIBS tokens and secure authentication systems
  • Serve as ISO 27001 Officer, ensuring compliance with security policies and audits
  • Administer and enforce usage of company Password Manager

Device & User Support

  • Set up and maintain company devices (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Provide user technical support and troubleshooting
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding of user accounts across all platforms

Procurement & Asset Management

  • Track and optimize IT equipment inventory
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle
  • Handle purchasing of equipment and software licenses
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets and license utilization
  • Track and report IT operational costs

Operational & Event Support

  • Provide technical setup support for company events, presentations, and meetings
  • Ensure the stability, security, and availability of all IT systems
  • Improve internal IT policies, workflows, and procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Experience administering cloud tools (Gsuite, AWS, GitHub, etc.)
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 or other security frameworks
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
