• Collect and compile data for daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Support IT Team and the Operation Team to ensure the assigned team solved given
issues through JIRA system.
• Keep track of ad requests from management.
• Assist IT team in meeting the request on time.
• Support Onboarding process (prepare working tools).
• Save and data all asset IT.
• Create and revise IT's SOP.
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree preferably in the IT field or similar.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer skill is a must (Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and other Ms Office)
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
• Eager to learn new things.
