Project – the aim you’ll have
This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Analyze and document business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis
- Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals
- Support testing activities by defining test scenarios and validating outputs
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Monitor sprint progress and team velocity, identify blockers, and foster resolution
- Coach the team in Agile values, principles, and best practices
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team
- Track and report key agile metrics to leadership
Expectations – the experience you need
- 8+ years of combined experience as a business analyst or scrum master in agile environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail in defining business needs and user experiences
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI ECP or equivalent agile certification
- Experience working with experienced stakeholders or in regulated domains (ex. health & security)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering (or similar)
- English to a very high standard written and oral
- Occasional travel will be required as dictated by business need
