We are seeking a Information Systems Analyst to strengthen analytical and delivery capacity across complex GovTech and institutional system initiatives. These projects focus on building strategically important digital platforms that enable smarter, more connected public services. In this role, you will be central to ensuring analytical precision — translating diverse stakeholder needs into actionable system requirements, maintaining consistent documentation quality, and bridging business objectives with technical execution across multiple delivery teams.
In this role, you will
Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Translate stakeholder needs into structured functional specifications
Support architecture and integration discussions to ensure cohesive system design
Maintain up-to-date process and data flow documentation
Collaborate closely with development, testing, and product teams to secure delivery quality
Conduct data and system validation to ensure compliance and reliability
Contribute to backlog refinement and system roadmap definition
What you will bring
2–4 years of experience as an IS/IT/Business Systems Analyst
Proven track record working on large-scale or public sector digital projects
Strong knowledge of systems analysis, documentation, and integration principles
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery environments
Solid understanding of APIs, data models, and system architecture
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken
Nice to have:
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience working with government IT systems or regulated environments
Familiarity with analytical tools and AI-assisted documentation solutions
Knowledge of public data standards and interoperability principles
