IPTV/OTT Technical Lead

We are looking for an IPTV/OTT Technical Lead responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and full availability of TV and related services, with special attention during major broadcasts. Manage the technical operations of IPTV/OTT services (streaming, middleware, STB/apps, VoD)

Plan and scale infrastructure to handle high loads and peak events

Convert business plans into technical system requirements, build correlations, and develop capacity plans

Ensure proactive service monitoring, manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and RCA

Lead and coordinate performance testing across teams to validate scalability and reliability

Continuously optimize system performance and stability, improving video quality and user experience

Collaborate closely with business, network, development, QA, and support teams

Qualifications and experience needed

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Solid understanding of end-to-end IPTV/OTT architecture

Proven experience in infrastructure planning and optimization for high loads

Strong skills in monitoring and incident response

Experience in performance optimization of systems and services

Knowledge of CDNs and adaptive streaming technologies

Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
