ABOUT THE ROLE

iOS Team is one of the teams that makes our product visible and usable for 28 million monthly active users worldwide. Therefore, we're looking for an iOS Engineering Manager, who would take care of the operational management of the iOS team and strategically collaborate with our other Engineering Managers. 

Your tasks and responsibilities 

• Operational management of the iOS team
  • Weekly sync with Engineering Managers in Development
  • Participation in the process of hiring new team members
  • Taking care of the job satisfaction of its team members
• Participate in the maintenance and development of the application with their ideas

What you bring to the team

• 2+ years of experience in the iOS Engineering Manager, iOS Team Lead, or similar positions
• Your passion is working with people and making sure they are satisfied with their job
• You like to participate in the professional development of employees
• Excellent soft skills and communication skills
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills on all levels of cooperation
• Knowledge of the following technologies and design patterns: Swift, Combine, CocoaPods, SnapKit, Firebase, MVVM
• Results-oriented and high-quality work
