Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Invoicing Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a key role in the accurate and timely issuance of invoices and legal billing documentation, ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and issuance of service invoices and supporting legal documents
• Creation and maintenance of Excel-based reports to support billing analysis and decision-making
• Communication with clients and internal departments regarding billing inquiries and resolutions
• Review and verification of legal documentation related to billing
• Contribution to the preparation of billing schedules and electronic files for invoicing purposes

Requirements

• University degree (AEI/TEI) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a corporate accounting department or a structured tax/accounting office
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with ATLANTIS ERP or a similar accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
