An exciting opportunity has opened within the Investor & Startup Programs team for a Community & Ecosystem Executive. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience within the startup, investor, and venture capital ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on building and nurturing year-round communities of founders, investors, and ecosystem partners; driving engagement initiatives; supporting structured matchmaking programs onsite; and contributing to the ecosystem partnership vertical across Tahaluf’s flagship events.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

  • Support the development and management of startup and investor communities across portfolio events including LEAP, Money20/20 Middle East, Black Hat and LEAP East
  • Drive year-round engagement initiatives such as communications, surveys, curated outreach and ecosystem touchpoints.
  • Assist in planning and executing community-led experiences including networking formats, ecosystem sessions and side events

Matchmaking & Onsite Engagement Programs

  • Support the planning and execution of structured matchmaking programs for startups, investors and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data flow, attendee segmentation and smooth onsite execution
  • Assist in managing meeting schedules, engagement metrics and post-event follow-ups

Ecosystem & Partnership Support

  • Support the ecosystem partnership vertical through partner coordination, deliverables and community-led activations
  • Track partner commitments including startup and investor participation, cross-promotion and engagement outcomes
  • Assist in curating relevant communities for ecosystem exhibitors and partners.

Project Management & Execution

  • Support end-to-end delivery of community, matchmaking and ecosystem initiatives by managing timelines, task tracking and dependencies between the teams
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across internal teams, partners and vendors to keep projects on track
  • Maintain clear documentation, action trackers and status updates to support program delivery and decision-making

Database Management, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of ecosystem stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from startups, investors, and partners to evaluate program success
  • Contribute insights to improve community engagement, matchmaking formats and ecosystem offerings
  • Support LEAP and portfolio event impact reporting
  • Foundational understanding of startups, venture capital or the broader innovation ecosystem
  • Strong written English is mandatory; spoken Arabic is a plus
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, community-minded and eager to learn through hands-on execution
  • Strong communication, coordination and time-management skills
