TLDR

Manage communications strategies for investors while preparing quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage communications strategies for investors, analysts, and shareholders.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other corporate disclosures.

Create and maintain investor materials, including the investor relations website, press releases, and annual reports.

Monitor investor sentiment, industry trends, and competitor performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in investor relations with a listed company or in a sell-side role (eg. IBD, research).
Native verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a concise manner.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
