Investor Relations
TLDR
Develop and manage investor relationships while crafting compelling narratives aligned with growth strategy and ensuring consistent communication of performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Communication & Engagement
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors (VCs, PE, strategic investors).
- Prepare investor updates (monthly/quarterly reports, newsletters, performance decks).
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication of financial and operational performance.
- Handle investor inquiries and due diligence requests.
2. Fundraising & Capital Strategy
- Support fundraising activities (Series rounds, bridge funding, etc.).
- Prepare pitch decks, data rooms, and financial narratives.
- Coordinate closely with leadership during investor meetings, roadshows, and negotiations.
- Track market trends and investor sentiment within the tech/logistics sector.
3. Financial & Business Analysis
- Collaborate with Finance to analyze company performance, KPIs, and unit economics.
- Translate financial data into clear insights for investors.
- Benchmark company performance against industry peers.
4. Strategic Messaging & Storytelling
- Craft a compelling equity story aligned with growth strategy and market positioning.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all investor-facing materials.
- Align communication with leadership (CEO, CFO, founders).
5. Governance & Reporting
- Maintain investor database, cap table updates, and reporting records.
- Ensure compliance with investor agreements and reporting obligations.
- Support board meeting preparation (materials, minutes, follow-ups).
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Strategy.
- Experience in startup / high-growth tech companies is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both Bahasa Indonesia & English).
- Ability to simplify complex financial and operational data into compelling narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
