The Role

We're hiring an Investor Relations Operations Associate to serve as a key internal partner to our Director of Investor Relations. This role is a leadership support position focused on execution, accountability, team coordination, and internal project management.

You’ll help ensure InvestorOps runs efficiently by managing priorities, tracking deliverables, supporting internal teams, improving processes, and helping oversee Investor Relations Representatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a fast-scaling company.

What You’ll Do

Internal Operations & Execution

• Partner directly with the Director of Investor Relations on strategic priorities.
• Keep track of active projects, deadlines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
• Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items.
• Ensure projects move forward on time and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Build and improve internal systems, workflows, and SOPs.

Team Performance Management

• Monitor productivity and KPIs of Investor Relations Representatives.
• Review task completion, response times, outreach metrics, and quality standards.
• Manage internal tickets, requests, and operational bottlenecks.
• Help coach team members and identify performance improvement opportunities.

Process & Communication

• Maintain scripts, internal playbooks, and internal documentation.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Serve as a key internal communication point between departments.
• Help improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.

 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, team management, or account coordination.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using CRM systems, project management tools, and productivity platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and strong ownership mentality.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in finance, real estate, investor relations, or sales teams.
• Experience managing KPIs and team performance metrics.
• Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or internal training materials.
• Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments.
• Experience supporting executive-level leadership.
