Job Description

Our group was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (currently the Growth Market) in March 2021 and transitioned to the TSE Prime Market in December 2022. On the business front, we have continued to grow both revenue and profit while expanding globally.

Amid this environment, the importance of investor relations (IR) is increasing in step with the expansion of our investor base. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as an IR Manager, contributing to further enhancement of our corporate value.

・Preparation for earnings announcements, including the creation of earnings presentation materials

・Responding to investor inquiries (participating in conferences and investor meetings)

・Developing IR strategies

・Communication with relevant internal departments

Qualification

【MUST】

・Over 5 years working experience (prefer to IR related experience in the public companies)

・Frequent English capability (especially, professional writing skill for the presentation materials)

【WANT】

・Basic understanding financial accountings

・Communication skill
