  • Provide internal training and insights to ensure commercial teams are equipped to represent the funds accurately and effectively.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Ideally, you will have some or all of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience required. 
  • Strong experience in investment product, investment specialist, or institutional client-facing roles within funds management, superannuation, or asset consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian institutional investment landscape, including the needs and decision-making processes of super funds and asset consultants.
  • Technical knowledge of unlisted assets (e.g., infrastructure, real assets) and how they contribute to portfolio construction and member outcomes.
  • Experience supporting or leading due diligence and consultant engagement processes.
  • Familiarity with fund structures, investment mandates, legal documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to explain complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Confident using data, reporting platforms, and digital tools to support engagement and communication.
