Mira Search – a leading HR agency in Dubai is looking for an Investor Relations Manager for our partner, an investment company managing retail investments and developing portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Investor Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies to attract institutional and high-net-worth investors.
- Build and nurture investor relationships aligned with the firm's strategy.
- Lead the creation of investor pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Drive capital-raising initiatives through roadshows, meetings, and networking events.
Investor Relations & Communication
- Act as the primary contact for investors, ensuring strong engagement.
- Provide regular updates on fund performance, strategies, and market trends.
- Maintain transparent communication on financial reports and compliance.
- Address investor inquiries efficiently and effectively.
BD Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and mentor the BD team in investor outreach and relationship management.
- Set KPIs and ensure the team has the necessary tools and training.
- Monitor performance and optimize investor engagement strategies.
Due Diligence & Compliance
- Work with legal, compliance, and finance teams on investor due diligence.
- Ensure all fundraising activities meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate investor records and documentation.
Investor Management & Reporting
- Oversee investor management systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Track investor commitments, follow-ups, and reporting schedules.
- Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights on investor activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets within private equity, venture capital, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment structures, financial instruments, and private equity fundraising processes.
- Proven ability to raise capital and build long-term investor relationships.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, investor databases, and financial modeling tools.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
