We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic Manager of Investor Relations who will be responsible for supporting the relationship with our global investors . The goal of this role will be to help the leadership team consistently perform with awareness of market expectations, communicating the company’s advantaged business model externally, and providing investor feedback to the leadership team and the Board of Directors.
What You Will Do:
- Create and deliver comprehensive IR materials, including reports, presentations, news releases, and collateral for investor meetings, events, and quarterly earnings releases.
- Coordinate and oversee investor conferences, roadshows, speakerships, earnings conference calls and other events, ensuring seamless preparation and execution.
- Analyze investors' perceptions, analysts' positions, relative stock price movements, and conduct periodic ownership analysis.
- Monitor financial analyst reports, summarizing key insights for senior management.
- Lead the operational side of communications management, collaborating with marketing, PR, legal, and other departments.
- Support and execute Innovid's global investor targeting strategy and framework.
- Support shareholder outreach and relationship management efforts.
- Support communication with analysts and investors, and work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities and market trends to strengthen and build relationships with the company’s investors.
- Conduct research and reports on industry and peer information and practices and perform comprehensive competitive analysis.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research, with a demonstrated track record.
- Proven experience managing investor relations in a technology company, with a strong background in technology, platforms, and TMT; AdTech knowledge is preferred.
- Specific experience working internally for a public company is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in developing and nurturing investor relationships.
- Self-starter with experience in a fast-paced, multitask-oriented environment, adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business leaders across the company and the executive team.
- A combination of both IR and investment community experience is highly desirable.

- At Innovid, Base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation package and is determined using a salary range. The base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
