Investment Business & Growth Associate

TLDR

Analyze and report on business operations for investment products while ensuring compliance with regulations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for internal and management needs.
  • Perform transactional data analysis to generate insights that support business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding operations and business activities for investment products.
  • Ensure the operations of investment products (mutual funds and emas digital) run smoothly by performing daily checks on transactions and registrations, as well as ensuring processes comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Statistics, or other related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment, fintech, banking, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business.
  • Communicative and able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thorough, detail-oriented, and capable of handling operational aspects.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a regulated environment.
