Early-stage startup (founded in 2024) operating under a CFO-as-a-Service model, providing companies with high-level financial expertise on a flexible, fractional basis. This includes everything from financial operations to investment strategy, business modeling, and decision-making support—without the need for a full-time CFO.

The company delivers a full finance “cell” to clients, working as an embedded partner across strategy, reporting, and growth initiatives. With ~USD $500K in annual revenue, the company is entering a new growth phase and growing their team.

Overview

We are looking for a more senior profile to act as an Investment Banking Associate, with stronger ownership of client relationships and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling and analysis for client engagements
• Own client communication and manage day-to-day relationships
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into financial solutions
• Develop strategic recommendations and financial insights
• Work closely with founders and leadership teams

Requirements

Profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in finance (investment banking, consulting, or similar)
• Strong experience in financial modeling and client-facing roles
• Ability to structure problems and propose solutions (consultative mindset)
• Fluent English (required)
• High autonomy and ownership
