Job Description

As part of our Investment Banking team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that shape the future of our organization and the industry at large. You will be involved in various aspects of investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and advisory services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients to deliver innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
• Participate in the preparation of pitch books and presentations for client meetings for E-IPO process.
• Work closely with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the execution of transactions including due diligence and document preparation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide insightful advice to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for the financial industry and emerging markets.
