We’re looking for a collaborative and curious Senior Analyst to join our Investment Asset Change team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our investment operational capabilities by supporting the introduction of new asset classes, onboarding new asset managers, and delivering high‑quality change across end‑to‑end investment processes.     What you'll be doing:

    • Leading business analysis across change initiatives within Investment Operations
    • Mapping current and future‑state operating models and documenting processes, data flows and controls
    • Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to design and embed new asset and manager onboarding processes
    • Driving continuous improvement activity and supporting governance across change programmes
    • Analysing external data sources and identifying opportunities to enhance data quality and reduce discrepancies
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to identify operational opportunities and manage downstream impacts
    • Leading analysis for new asset origination initiatives, ensuring robust governance and end‑to‑end process design
    • Ensuring high‑quality and consistent analytical outputs to support operational excellence and decision‑making

    Who we're looking for:

    • Experience delivering business analysis and change in an investment or financial services environment
    • Strong understanding of investment products, operational processes and data requirements
    • Ability to produce clear process maps, documentation and operating model designs
    • Comfortable working across complex workflows, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels
    • Skilled in problem‑solving with the confidence to question, challenge and improve existing processes
    • Experienced in asset onboarding, asset origination or investment operations change delivery
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and process or data‑mapping tools, with excellent attention to detail
