Investment Analyst

Your role We are looking for an ambitious Investment Analyst to help us identify, source, and execute investments in high-potential SaaS businesses. This role is perfect for someone who loves uncovering hidden gems, building relationships with ambitious founders, and playing a key role in scaling software companies. You’ll be at the heart of our investment process – from deal origination and analysis to negotiations and portfolio support. You’ll work alongside experienced investors and operators, gaining hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle. This is an on-site role based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Your day-to-day
  • Deal origination & sourcing:
  • Conduct market research, sector mapping, and competitive analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
  • Build relationships with founders, operators, and industry insiders to grow our sourcing network and brand.
  • Improve our sourcing strategy, optimise outreach efforts, craft compelling marketing materials, and track deal flow efficiently.

  • Investment analysis & due diligence:
  • Conduct in-depth due diligence on target companies, analysing their financials, customer metrics, growth potential, and strategic fit.
  • Build robust financial and valuation models (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, etc).
  • Analyse industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macro factors to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations to the investment committee.

  • Deal structuring & execution:
  • Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution alongside senior team members.
  • Assist with legal documentation, closing processes, and coordination with advisors.

  • Portfolio management & value creation:
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and provide insights to drive improvements.
  • Support growth initiatives and value-creation strategies across the portfolio.

  • Operations & firm building:
  • Help build and refine internal systems and processes for deal sourcing, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
  • Contribute to investor reports and communications, providing key insights on investment activity and portfolio performance.
  • Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, consulting or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling & valuation skills – you can cut through large amounts of information to assess business fundamentals.
  • Exceptional communicator – you can build rapport with founders and explain complex financial concepts simply.
  • Proactive & resourceful – you take initiative, hustle to source deals, and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Analytical & detail oriented – ability to break down complex business information into actionable insights.
  • Driven & entrepreneurial – you thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

  • Gross salary €3,200 - €5,000 a month.
