Inventory & Supply Chain Specialist

In this pivotal role, you won't just manage inventory; you'll be the driving force behind flawless inventory accuracy, optimizing supply and product availability, and spearheading continuous improvement throughout the inventory lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

·         Masterfully ensure and maintain 100% inventory accuracy across all product lines.

·         Optimize supply and product availability to meet production demands and minimize downtime.

·         Expertly design, execute, and maintain dynamic monthly inventory performance reports, providing actionable insights.

·         Unparalleled investigator of inventory inconsistencies, meticulously identifying and eliminating variances with precision.

·         Guarantee 100% availability of parts and consumables for every work order, maximizing production uptime and efficiency.

·         Proactively forecast and manage supplies, eliminating surplus and inefficiencies with foresight and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.  
• Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of parts and consumables management in a production environment.
