We are looking for… hopefully, you!

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on Inventory Specialist to join our Fulfilment & Inventory team at our Waterloo Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems and problem-solving, and who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in supporting inventory accuracy, delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction, while working closely with Sales, Fulfilment, Warehousing and Transport partners.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills across inventory management, systems and operational processes, with clear exposure to the national inventory function.

The Inventory Specialist’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting order handover from Sales, ensuring accurate data entry and validation across systems
  • Coordinating stock allocation and transfers to meet customer and project requirementsScheduling deliveries to optimise routes, timelines and operational efficiency
  • Acting as a key point of contact for inventory-related customer enquiries
  • Managing and resolving post-sale and delivery-related issues, escalating where required
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting fulfilment SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Attending WIP (Work in Progress) meetings and tracking order and delivery status
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience
  • Supporting general inventory and fulfilment administration as required

Requirements

We need you to bring…

  • Experience in inventory, logistics, fulfilment, warehousing or operations support (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Confidence handling customer queries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Reliability, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • An interest in building a longer-term career in inventory, operations or supply chain
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools (highly regarded)
