YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Monitor and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
  • Maintain and improve systems, processes and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
  • Check and ensure completeness and consistency of purchase orders, contracts and shipping lists for the entire inventory process
  • Track orders and investigate problems.
  • Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
  • Maintain inventory level as per forecast in monthly basis and ensure safety stock level to prevent any shortage issue
  • Generate report of Forecast vs actual order, as feedback to commercial team to provide agreed material purchase plan in monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in inventory planning, material planning, or supply chain management (manufacturing background preferred).
  • Technical skills:
  1. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.
  2. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting).
  3. Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with clear communication, attention to detail, and effective cross-team collaboration
  • Be able to speak English for business level
  • Familiar with high SKU management
