We are seeking Inventory Management Specialist, with a passion for innovation to join R&D team in Hangzhou City (China) to augment our novel biomarker detection and quantitation capability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and will be a part of a rapidly growing company to make a big impact on life science research and early disease diagnosis.

  • Primary Responsibilities include:
    •    Reagent Management: Receive and store antibodies, antigens, and other reagents according to temperature requirements (2–8°C / –20°C / –80°C), and maintain accurate records (location, lot number, expiry, etc.).
    •    Consumables Management: Manage general lab consumables, including inspection, shelving, distribution, inventory monitoring, and safety stock maintenance.
    •    Hazardous Chemicals: Ensure compliant storage in dedicated areas, proper labeling, and complete tracking from purchase to disposal.
    •    Inventory & Assets: Perform regular inventory counts of all materials and in storage fixed assets; reconcile discrepancies and support financial audits.
    •    Documentation: Maintain accurate in/outbound records, quality documents, and electronic/paper ledgers using inventory systems and Excel.

Requirements include:

  • Education & Experience: College degree or above; logistics, biology, chemistry preferred. 1+ year warehouse experience; biopharma or hazardous chemical experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Office (especially Excel) and WMS/ERP systems
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Knowledge of hazardous chemical safety
    • Good data analysis and record‑keeping abilities
  • Professional Qualities: Detail‑oriented, responsible, good communication and teamwork.
