Inventory & Logistics Specialist

Shift – 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities 

• Collect daily inventory information
  
• Input inventory into spreadsheet
  
• Create paperwork for upcoming jobs (audit logs, in process sheets, labels) 
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks
  
• Sign-in new deliveries into incoming log
  
• Create labels for incoming materials
  
• Input new materials into material inventory
  
• Support operators with necessary materials throughout day
  
• Stage materials for night shift
  
• Submit shipment details to Billing dept
  
• Maintain Warehouse organization
  

Qualifications: 

• A strong focus on detail is crucial for accurate assembly and quality checks. 

• The ability to read and interpret documents and assembly instructions is essential. 

• The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. 

• A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills are important for collaborating with others. 

• Basic problem-solving skills are useful for addressing minor assembly issues. 

• A high school diploma or equivalent is often a requirement.
