Own inventory accuracy and performance across all 3PLs and warehouses.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts, backorders, and partial orders.
Ensure FIFO / FEFO, lot tracking, aging control, and cycle counts are consistently executed.
Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to manage coverage, overstock, and aging inventory.
Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate inventory and COGS, and support audits.
Lead inventory reconciliation efforts between 3PLs, ERP, and sales channels (including Amazon).
Support NetSuite improvements, acting as the inventory subject matter expert.
Improve inventory reporting, dashboards, and KPIs with the BI team.
Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and errors.
Coordinate inventory readiness for promotions and launches with Marketing and Commercial teams.
Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse / 3PL operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Proven ability to analyze inventory data, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
Solid understanding of inventory accuracy, reconciliation, aging, and stock controls.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Ops, BI).
Comfortable owning processes end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Clear communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
Nice to Have
Experience in beauty, CPG, or DTC / e-commerce environments.
Exposure to inventory audits and financial close processes.
Experience with Amazon inventory reconciliation or multi-channel fulfillment.
Background in process automation, AI tools, or advanced reporting.
Experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements.
