Inventory Control Supervisor

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory control operations within the organization. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained accurately and efficiently, and that inventory processes are optimized to support the company's operational goals.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of anyone performing inventory functions.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff in inventory functions.

Job Qualification Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Excellent communication written and verbal skills 
• Salesforce/Netsuite or other Warehouse Management System Experience
• Ability to work full time 
• Occasional travel 
• Be able to lift 50lbs 
• Dependable transportation 
• Ability to multi-task 

Physical Demands:

• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Lift 50+ lbs.
• Standing for long periods of time
• Time spent in low postures (crouching, stooping, kneeling, bending)
• Climbing (ramps, stairs, or ladders)
• Reaching Overhead
• Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)
• Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)

Job Location: Mon - Fri; 9 AM - 5 PM onsite at the warehouse location in Phoenix, AZ.
