Inventory Auditor

CAD $18 – CAD $22 per hour

TLDR

Manage inventory control and support production by ensuring accurate records and resolving discrepancies, fostering continuous improvement in logistics processes.

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory control. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, investigate discrepancies and support production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of tools, materials, and supplies
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
  • Ensure tools, materials, supplies, and equipment are properly stored, labelled, and in good working condition
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while working with the Scheduler
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of racking, storage areas and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory accuracy and logistics processes.
  • Other duties as assigned from Scheduler and Operations Manager
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding material needs and priorities


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset
  • 1+ years of experience as a certified lift truck operator, preference with reach truck operation.
  • Previous experience managing inventory levels.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications for data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in tracking inventory.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
  • Able to perform physical, hands-on work in a production/warehouse environment.
