Inventory Control & Vendor Performance Audit

  1. Oversee and validate all inventory control activities performed by the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) vendor, including Inbound, Storage, and Outbound processes.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute audits (cross-validation) of the daily/weekly cycle count execution performed by the 3PL.
  3. Lead in-depth investigations and reconciliation for any stock discrepancies found. You are responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), not merely accepting reports from the 3PL.
  4. Ensure the 3PL adheres to all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to goods handling, storage, and reporting.
  5. Act as internal Project Manager for periodic Stock Opname (Inventory Audit), coordinating with the 3PL team and external/internal auditors.

Operational Analysis & Reporting

  1. Analyze daily transaction data (stock movement) in the WMS and ERP to identify anomalies, potential fraud, or process inefficiencies.
  2. Develop, monitor, and analyze 3PL performance KPI/SLA reports (e.g., Inventory Record Accuracy, On-Time Inbound/Outbound, Order Fill Rate, etc.).
  3. Analyze aging stock, slow-moving, and non-moving data to provide proactive recommendations to relevant teams (Commercial, Finance) for disposition actions.
  4. Provide analytical reports and strategic insights to the Operations Manager to support decision making.

Project Management & Process Improvement

  1. Act as the Project Lead for improvement initiatives in the warehouse area
  2. Proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the workflow between company and the 3PL, then design and execute corrective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal team and 3PL teams for troubleshooting system integration issues and necessary enhancement development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain Analysis.
  • Must have experience working with or overseeing a 3PL vendor. Understand the dynamics, contracts, and SLAs in vendor management.
  • Advanced proficiency in using ERP systems and WMS.
  • Understand the logic of transaction flows and the integration between WMS and ERP systems.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex analytical functions, data modeling).
  • Experience in data visualization (e.g., creating dashboards) is a significant plus (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
