Accountabilities:

·         Provide friendly, professional support to customers using tax preparation software over the phone.

·         Respond to inbound calls at the customer service center and assist with questions or technical issues.

·         Follow company policies and procedures to troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, customer-focused guidance.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge on software updates and tax season changes.

·         Research and analyze situations to recommend solutions that fit each customer’s needs.

·         Demonstrate patience and professionalism, even with stressed or frustrated customers.

Requirements

·         High school diploma required; currently enrolled in a degree-granting college or university program.

·         Must be 18 years or older.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to show empathy.

·         Ability to stay focused and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

·         Dependable with schedule availability, including weekends and core hours January through April.

·         Quick learner who can master software tools and processes efficiently.
