Key Job Responsibilities 

Collaborate with experienced engineers to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative features and solutions

Design and build innovative technologies that help lead fundamental changes to the hospitality industry

Build hospitality technologies that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage and use

What You Bring 

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. Coursework, academic projects, or research in AI/ML model development is a plus.

Experience

Internship, academic project, research, or part-time experience in software engineering preferred

Exposure to one or more of the following through coursework or hands-on projects:

Building or deploying ML/AI models in real-world or production-like environments

Developing applications using generative AI and LLM-based tools

Working with APIs, cloud platforms, or scalable infrastructure

Technical Skills

Familiarity with .NET and at least one additional programming language (C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript)

Exposure to ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Familiarity with LLM tools and concepts (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, prompt engineering)

Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Knowledge of data concepts such as ETL pipelines, structured/unstructured data, and data storage systems

Core Competencies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable technical solutions

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply emerging AI/ML technologies

Nice to Have

Experience building AI-powered features for SaaS platforms or customer-facing applications

Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, or personalization engines

Familiarity with event-driven architecture or real-time data processing concepts

Awareness of responsible AI practices, privacy principles, and model governance
