Internship - Talent Acquistion/Human Resources

The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern will provide critical support to key initiatives across the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. The role will contribute to the development of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition playbook, ATS (Greenhouse) data optimization efforts, total rewards process streamlining and training program coordination. In addition to these strategic initiatives, the intern will assist with daily HR and recruiting operations to ensure efficient delivery of people‑team services.

This position requires strong communication abilities and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and program‑management tools. The intern must be able to perform computer‑based and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. As a representative of the HR/TA function, the intern will also support interviews and contribute to a high‑quality candidate experience with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project coordination across major HR and TA initiatives
  • Support ATS data hygiene and process improvements
  • Help organize training programs and total rewards updates
  • Provide administrative and computer‑based task support
  • Deliver professional support during interviews and contribute to an excellent candidate experience
  • Create and refine materials using PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifications

  • Current BA/BS, Master's or PhD student with a major focused on people relations such as Communications, PR, Human Resources, etc. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and general program‑management tasks
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle administrative responsibilities
  • Professionalism and reliability in candidate‑facing interactions

The base salary range for this full-time position is $25/hour - $35/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
