Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with the business to help Malt grow by recruiting top talent who perfectly match our culture and business ambitions. We are looking for an intern in Talent Acquisition ready to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities ✨
Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers website.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies.
Partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to TA Managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities.
Event Organization: Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.
About you 🧑🚀
Currently enrolled in a degree program and looking for a six-month full time internship contract starting in May 2025.
Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable on telephone and video calls
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus.
Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international setting.
