Internship – Real Estate Junior Analyst, CloudKitchens - Madrid

What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Iberia, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new properties, deal with landlords and local authority areas
• Negotiate with owners and/or landlords
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Spain & Portugal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Travel with the team around Spain & Portugal to analyze & identify the best opportunities for acquisitions & developments.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Spain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Portuguese is a strong plus!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
