What You'll Be Doing: Program Operations & Logistics (Pre-Program & Summer Focus)
  • Support scheduling, onboarding, housing coordination, and weekly program logistics.
  • Assist with preparing materials, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Program Manager and broader internship team.
  • Help ensure all program activities run efficiently and align with established plans.
  • Recruitment & Marketing Support (Fall & Spring Focus)
  • Assist with executing campus outreach campaigns, job postings, and email communication.
  • Maintain applicant data in the CRM and support the candidate review process.
  • Help maintain university outreach lists, post internship openings, and update calendars and tracking dashboards.
  • Prepare materials and provide on-site or virtual support for recruitment events and communications.
  • Program Execution (Summer Focus)
  • Support delivery of workshops, training sessions, and other program events.
  • Track intern attendance, engagement, and deliverables.
  • Capture photos, videos, and testimonials for post-program storytelling and marketing.
  • Assist with preparing agendas, confirming speakers, organizing logistics, and capturing notes or feedback.
  • Ensure all interns have the tools and information they need to succeed each week.
  • Surface logistical needs or potential issues to the Program Manager promptly for resolution.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate databases of interns, applicants, and partner organizations.
  • Collect post-program feedback and assist with performance reporting.
  • Help track program KPIs including recruitment funnel, intern satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication between interns, mentors, and internal teams as directed.
  • Assist in drafting updates, reminders, and resources for program participants.
  • Monitor general inquiries and route them to the appropriate contact or the Program Manager when needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure all stakeholders feel informed and supported.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, program support, or operations (1–3 years preferred).
  • Comfort with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or HighLevel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, education, and student development.
  • Ability to work in-person during the summer program in Dallas and travel occasionally for recruiting events.
