About Our Internship Program

As an intern you will be called to simulate the role of Client Service Associate acting as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts, helping bridge knowledge gaps and delivering valuable insights. Our 4-month Internship program puts you in the seat of an Associate and gives you hands-on experience of the role as well as exposing you to the different aspects of our business. You will develop core skills in research, sales, negotiation, professional communication and much more.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts.
• Utilizing phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts.
• Critically screening experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client’s needs with an emphasis on quality.

Requirements

At Dialectica, we value diverse backgrounds and experiences. To get the best out of this opportunity, you will need the following:

• 4th-year undergraduate in any field;
• Proficient English level is a must and knowledge on business vocabulary;
• Participation in extracurricular activities is a plus;
• Demonstrated interest in business and goal-oriented mindset;
• A growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and development;
• Proficient Japanese/Korean level is highly preferrable;
• Strong ability to achieve quotas, meet specific targets, and deliver projects within set timelines.
