The Job:

  1. Partnership Development Support
    • Assist in researching potential educational and community partners.
    • Support initial outreach efforts via email, social media, or phone calls.
    • Help maintain partnership records and contact lists.
  2. Event Coordination
    • Assist in planning and executing educational events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
    • Help with event logistics such as setup, registration, material preparation, and on-site coordination.
    • Capture feedback and assist in post-event reporting.
  3. Educational Programme Assistance
    • Help prepare educational resources and onboarding materials.
    • Support programme rollouts by assisting with communication and follow-ups with participants.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of educational programme participation.
  4. Creative Content Assistance
    • Contribute ideas and assist in creating social media posts, scripts, and basic editing tasks.
    • Help monitor and report on social media engagement related to education and partnership activities.

Requirements

The Person:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify insights and trends from data.
  • Shows initiative, a willingness to take on new challenges, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
