Program Overview
This role provides essential operational support to the Marketing Operations organization by maintaining data hygiene, streamlining system workflows, and handling core administrative processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong Engage. The intern will manage high-volume, repeatable tasks such as prospect list preparation, lead enrichment, deduplication, opportunity creation, and pipeline maintenance.
By centralizing these tasks, the intern frees customer-facing teams to focus on revenue-generating work while improving overall data accuracy and reducing system friction. This position directly supports RevOps by strengthening reporting reliability, improving campaign execution, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining and cleaning data in HubSpot.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by assisting with operational setup.
Create Opportunities in Salesforce for the SDR team and ensure pipeline accuracy.
Prepare and upload prospect lists into Gong Engage and Salesforce.
Ensure clean distribution of webinar leads and assist with post-event enrichment.
Monitor bounce rates and correct invalid email addresses.
Conduct light research on prospects to support campaign quality.
Support SDR enablement: assist in updating sequences in Gong Engage.
Generate simple operational Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed.
Assist with weekly audits of Gong Engage tasks and sequence functionality.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a university program or in the final year of studies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately.
Comfort using tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.
Good analytical thinking and structured approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Interest in marketing/sales operations or SDR processes.
