HR
Support with onboarding and offboarding (processes, workflows, follow-up in HRIS)
Developing content for employer branding purposes (social media postings, blog articles, employee journey, etc.)
Assisting with HR administration such as drawing up contracts, addenda, correspondence, applications for parental leave, etc.
Preparing for monthly payroll (check timesheets, internal calendar, sick days, etc.)
Following up on learning & development (report trainings, enrol employees, etc.)
Organize and coordinate meetings, trainings and employee teambuilding events
Handling (HR related) questions and requests from employees
Possibility to discuss certain matters with our internal HR and expand internship with topics such as recruitment
