Internship - Graphic Designer / Digital Design

This role involves creating captivating designs for everything from blogs to marketing materials, all while collaborating closely with our Creative Support team.

The Job:

1. Expected to deliver consistently high-quality work that adheres strictly to Pixlr’s visual and technical standards, showcasing a strong commitment to compliance and brand consistency. This also includes the creation of engaging TikTok videos to ensure a strong, cohesive online presence.
2. Proactive in taking on tasks, offering ideas, and being vocal and confident in presenting design decisions during review and brainstorming sessions.
3. Collaborate effectively with team members, adapting to feedback and evolving project requirements smoothly. This includes a readiness to adjust creative directions as needed to align with team goals.
4. Encouraged to bring fresh, creative solutions and perspectives that align with user preferences and current market trends, underpinned by thorough research and understanding of the competitive landscape.
5. Expected to fully grasp project details, deadlines, and quality expectations to ensure alignment with Pixlr’s goals, while maintaining a detailed and meticulous approach to all tasks.

Requirements

The Person:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
• Have prior experience in using graphic software.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
